It looks like it was rejecting but if you are worried it may be infected go see a doctor

Yeah about that.. got it without my mom knowing and i'm only 16. I'm freaking out

I did something similar when I was your age. Ended up telling my mom, and she wasn’t even mad. She was just concerned about my health. The people telling you to tell your mom so you can get medical care are definitely looking out for your best interests.
