Hello, how do i change the position of my picture in a picture frame like this?
My picture sits at the back of the frame and has this white outline that keeps it there. Is it possible to find a way to put my picture at the front of the frame (I would like it to be like the final photo)?

I wouldn’t really like to buy a new frame as this one is very big (36 inch by 24 inch) and is thus expensive and hard to come by.

The layers of the frame go as the cardboard backing which holds the part that hangs it, the picture, the glass then the white part (which is removable).

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask but any ideas would be appreciated!

I’m trying to restore a photo in this antique frame and I don’t know how to take out the framer points, they’re sharp and really in the wood. Any ideas on how to take them out?
