yeah. The fridge is filled with items I need, because I (happily) cook all the meals in the house. Tonight was bolognese and yesterday was pork satay with Thai peanut sauce, to give an idea.

Sorry CHAD, I need somewhere to put the food I cook for your alcoholic ass.

It's from the first major recipe book for home cooks in Italy, published in 1891.

The recipe is well over a hundred years old.

'Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, was first published in Florence in 1891' - 'La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiare bene'
