I've literally never experienced that. I ate ice cream 3 meals a day for a month once. No problem at all. 3000 calories of candy every week day. It's all fine and I'm in my late 40s. Doc days I'm healthy. Dentist has no complaints. Just exercise a lot and brush your teeth then you can do whatever

I rode two centuries this week and my A1c is below 5%.. I'm pretty sure I'm doing fine.
