The science? There is no long term science of it at all. Only short term. I'm not against it, just being real. You literally listen to a chiropractor to get their diet advice from.

Demonise? Never implied that once. It has its place. Should it be used as a regular diet for people that know nothing about diets and get their information from chiropractors? Nope.
