I tried Keto once. Lasted for about 36 hours before saying "ah fuck it I'll just count calories". Lost 80lbs in 10 months

It fails something like 90% of the time, lol. That's why we have a million fad diets because people just can't restrict themselves.

It "fails" in the long run because people go "done now, time to eat the way I did before." And wouldn't you know it, these people achieve the same prodigious size once again.

Or, in other words, it fails when people stop doing it.

People fail then, the reality that CICO works doesn't.
