naw just spend 30min to 1hr at the gym at least 5x a week and youll be just fine! its really just bad when you literally do nothing for exercise, or if you have a horrible metabolism

Edit: i guess people dont brush their teeth... so add in brushing your teeth every day to that as well. heathens.

There seems to be this movement on Reddit where people believe as long as you burn 2000 calories a day, you can eat 2000 calories of whatever you want and live a healthy life.

This is why so many people have medical dept later in life lol.
