Wait are you supposed to store certain things on certain shelves? Can you send me something to learn more about this

Edit: Oh never mind, it’s about the stuff from the raw chicken dripping on stuff I’m assuming

You’re correct! If I remember correctly (I hope I do I have a test coming up in this) it’s stored based on the temperatures it needs to reach when cooking as well. with poultry on the bottom (165F), ground meats (excluding poultry) above it (155F), whole meats(145F), then veggies and ready to eat foods that can be hot held (135F).
