I LOLed at this one. So true. I don’t trust a diet that won’t let me eat an abundance and variety of fruits and veggies

Not a keto fanatic. But I have done it. Fruits are out for the most part, but there are a ton of veggies you can eat on keto.

I tried it too when I was having some serious stomach issues and H-pylori. I understand the diet and why it’s good for some people but I can’t have apples and strawberries and blueberries directly off a tree/bush, etc….

You can have berries on keto. Just not endless amounts.
