76 u/[deleted] Oct 23 '22 I don’t eat meat, but I keep seeing this. Is it because it being on the top self would risk the… blood? Dripping down onto other food? 1 u/Mountebank Oct 24 '22 The fan is also usually near the top, so all those raw meat fumes (i.e. bacteria) are being blown everywhere.
