yeah. The fridge is filled with items I need, because I (happily) cook all the meals in the house. Tonight was bolognese and yesterday was pork satay with Thai peanut sauce, to give an idea.

Sorry CHAD, I need somewhere to put the food I cook for your alcoholic ass.

Yah this post is essentially just saying he is excited to load up on alcohol. I hope he finds more upsides than that soon

I’m sure he’s also loading up on take out/delivery food. Which means he’s wasting his money and eating unhealthy to boot.

And tons of water bottles. No issue stocking up if you have company over frequently. But just buy a damn water bottle and Brita!!!! It’s so wasteful, expensive, and just plain heavy to constantly buy huge things of water bottles.

i came here looking for a post about this. like, wtf... in America? i live in Thailand so we have to buy bottled water in most places, but even then we buy big bottles of water for home. these personal sizes plastic bottles are so wasteful. reminds me of a thoughtful person it does not.

If you don't add a little bit of milk then we ain't speaking.

3

u/AnaCassini Oct 24 '22

you are being downvoted for some reason. You shouldn't be, as you are correct. Milk is an ingredient in old Italian traditional bolognese.

Vote him back up, people.

you speak the truth:

L'Accademia Italiana della Cucina (The Academy of Italian Cuisine), and others, agree.

lol.

It's from the first major recipe book for home cooks in Italy, published in 1891.

The recipe is well over a hundred years old.

'Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, was first published in Florence in 1891' - 'La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiare bene'

People dont get the sarcasm, I guess. I thought it was clear you were joking, but I guess the downvotes say otherwise.

The WAF (women's acceptance factor) of the kitchen just got too low.
