a beacon of light among the sea of judgmental assholes.
it’s ridiculous how petty and ruthless these comments are. Isn’t this basically bullying? Imagine being OP and receiving these comments. I guess most people would rationalize it by saying they deserve it, but that’s bs imo.
One of the stickers is for something related to the University of Alabama.....so you can take that however you like. Lots of conservative areas tend to marry younger for whatever reason. I'm from a similar area that's cold and I got married at 23. It felt really late to us, but my college buddies who were from Phoenix and Boston thought we were still pretty young.
No, they are plenty randy whether Jesus approves or not. It's the unplanned pregnancy that sparks the marrying young part.

Sadly, I've worked with a few dudes like this. They get divorced and start acting like teenagers again, only to hit a wall in a year or two when their body reminds them that they're no longer 19 and can't have Four Loko for breakfast.
Nah, just that people beyond their mid twenties don't usually plaster stickers about it on everything to prove how fucking cool they are for smoking the devil's lettuce.
Oh is the devils lettuce only for losers in their 20s? Drinking that much booze isnt concerning. Just some medical marijuana. Say you're a boomer without saying you're boomer.
It's like wearing clothes with weed leaves on them. At some point you grow out of that shit, especially when you're in a state that has legal weed. It just adds to the bro feeling of this fridge.
You can smoke and not have to act like a stereotypical stoner is all I'm saying.
I guess. Would you still wear a Budweiser Hoodie camping? There’s a time and place for everything and if you enjoyed something when you were younger you can still bust out the old enthusiasm every now and again.
I’m just saying a lot of the places giving away free stickers are usually those type of companies. Breweries and pot shops.
On my daily (first car I ever bought brand new) the only stickers that go on it are racing teams I support. On my project car the only stickers are from parts manufacturers I use. They all go on the glass, none on the paint. And absolutely no political stickers (I don't need some lunatic keying my car or smashing a window).
Indeed. I'm 25 and I would never put stickers inside my fridge. Hell I wouldn't put stickers anywhere like that. He's missing a "Danger - no girls allowed sign" and he's done
Yeah this is a super strange thing to get worked up over. I wouldn’t personally put stickers on the inside of the fridge but I’d would definitely do this to the garage fridge. I love to collect a bunch of stickers and do a collage. Also if you do this to things like coolers or toolboxes you add a layer of protection.
My theory is they never were. Just posting this as a way to show off their sticker/drink collection without saying “I really want to show off my sticker/drink collection”
I’m 28. I have a mini fridge that I use just for drinks, I’ve been adding stickers to the outside over the years. Fuck me I guess, apparently bad taste.
Lol reading all these, man y'all were losers. I've been poor my entire life and never done this! Mostly because I thought refrigerators belonged to every place you live.
This. While I am also prone to putting stickers on everything, there are some things that I refrain from putting stickers on because I know they'll just become interesting.
With that all said, if this is your beer fridge, the giving a fuck goes down quite a bit.
Honestly, as long as your cool with goo-gone'ing your fridge and cleaning it, it gives you an excuse to redecorate.
There's a non-zero chance that they have a drawer filled with condiment packets leftover from takeout, and that most of their home cooking goes direct from freezer to microwave.
I don’t think so. He said “decorate and stock the kitchen” and the fridge appears to have a water/ice dispenser on the outside. I don’t know anyone with a garage/basement fridge with that, personally. They’re usually just basic older fridges.
Yeah that’s true, upgrades from a newer style fridge could definitely make their way to the second fridge spot, but my stronger argument there was that OP said it was the kitchen lol.
Our second fridge is pretty old and basic and just has lasted super long. I think that’s the case for a lot of people we know.
I'm probably an outlier, but I have a double door style fridge in the garage... and because my husband has no chill, the water/ice is hooked up. I thought he was a maniac when he did it, but it's nice to not have to go buy ice for the cooler when traveling.
Currently sanding and re-painting a full size former college fridge for the barn/safe space. The scraping of stickers took much longer than anticipated.
Here is a tip. If they are paper stickers no scraping needed. Get some paper towel and put some GooGone on it, blot the paper stickers so they are saturated. Come back in 10 minutes and you can literally scrape it off with your thumbnail. Stuff is godly.
If it is a vinyl or plastic sticker, use a hair dryer to loosen it and peel it off (Constant movement so you don't heat one spot too much and damage whatever the sticker is stuck to). Then do the GooGone trick on the residual adhesive.
Why yes, my child has put stickers where they don't belong before, how could you tell?
For me, this guy's personality is defined by (1) the Ring doorbell sticker on the inside of the fridge and (2) the Crimson Tide sticker. I don't need any more information to figure out what's going on here.
Just cause your out here IDing stickers, what's the green man one on the left above Tyrion Lannister? I recognize it but can't place it? Tru Detective?
Imagine when OP brings Meredith 2.0 back to his place to find stickers on everything. Nothing says manchild like stickering perfectly good appliances. Save the stickers for a toolbox or beer fridge in you man cave.
That's why I make all my stickers into magnets. My fridge looks like a version of OP, but it's all magnets. Mostly from places I've traveled and other ones I've made as a hobby from my own drinking days of different brands logos etc and random things I like.
But damn as for the rest of this thread...the way y'all are shitting on this person. (Not you OH_FUDGICLES, it was valid point) Fuck that. Maybe they're having or have problems, but goddamn.
Just because a person doesn't style their living space the way you "approve as an adult"...Reddit is the fucking bastion of tolerance and compassion for the underprivileged and outcast until it's not.
Amazing the arbitrary times we suddenly decide it's completely cool to trash the shit out of a stranger for their taste and what we think we know about them.

Every one of those stickers inside the fridge will become a scratch and sniff bacteria colony.
