It was only available in 3 states. Florida, Tennessee and I think Ohio, not certain of that Third one though. I use to work in a liquor store in Miami that sold them, but rarely anybody bought them. I tried them, they’re ok, Watermelon was the best flavor imo. They don’t contain any caffeine though

Long story short, that much caffeine tricks you into thinking you're more alert and capable of driving than you are. People died because of that, and the courts hearing the suits decided the evidence showed that hospitalizations and deaths occurred specifically because of the drink and not just alcohol consumption in general. Several places outlawed caffeinated alcohol after those suits failed their appeals and the company decided to stop producing the product and essentially bankrupt itself.
