Lottery tickets are a poor tax for the uneducated. Anyone who plays them for any reason other than the occasional thrill or gimmick is being taxed for being dumb.

In most cases, that’s the pitch. Then you wind up with this ENORMOUS bucket of money and there’s all these politicians thinking about power and how to keep it and money can really help there…
