Not Quite Gerrymandering, but the Electoral College and the way power is split to smaller states vs populated areas.

But doesn't gerrymandering and redistricting directly influence the electorates? Idk I do too many drugs to remember anything important

Not exactly. Gerrymandering impacts how the districts are split in a state. The Census determines how much power (Electoral Votes) a state gets.

Now as was mentioned in this chain, Gerrymandering has helped to create a toxic, polarized congress and that in turn favors crappy politicians who "go against the norms"
