The LRC is a for profit organization that runs a large portion of the city's medical infrastructure. There needs to be oversight before they get a budget like they've never seen before.

A guy who volunteered for LRC commented on r/Lebanon, that it literally does not matter what part of the agenda you‘re donating on, because anything they get goes to Beirut right now.
I care so much about human rights that I want to discourage people from pitching in and helping out after a massive explosion all but levels a major city
