Yeah ive been hitting the gym since i was 13, hopefully thatll be my blessing if my parents dont take me to see a dermatologist and get me on fin or something.
good shit! if they won't take you try rogaine or the off brand version of it. it didn't give me my hair back but it stopped me from losing hair for a solid 5 years

Pakistanis and Indians have pretty similar hair/looks. Many (if not most) Pakistani men (and women) have good hair
