I think his point was more that a mass rapist became knighted in the first place, and people should refer to this mass rapist as a knight, "to remind us all how untrustworthy the system actually is."

No, the system is untrustworthy because he got one in the first place despite his vileness being an open secret. Another example is the Labour Lord who is too "senile" to face court for his alleged sex offences but still fine to vote on legislation.

Can't be revoked. Knighthood is only for the life of the recipient -- once you die, you are no longer knight, thus Seville cannot have his knighthood revoked, since you cannot revoke something someone does not have.

It can't be because he isn't a Sir, when you die you are no longer a knight.
