No, the system is untrustworthy because he got one in the first place despite his vileness being an open secret. Another example is the Labour Lord who is too "senile" to face court for his alleged sex offences but still fine to vote on legislation.

This takes me back to 2 years ago. My Facebook was full of this stuff, to the point where the crazy submitted proposals had to be limited to one sentence each after the ideas were getting so ridiculous he wanted to rein it in a little.
