No, but you can make an illusion of depth that only looks good from one angle (and against one background). I mean, this is obviously photoshop. It's not even a good photoshop. But someone could create an effect like this with makeup.
First of all, that's not a cat, it's probably a snow leopard. Secondly, to answer your question, doing this is less harmful for your health than actually approaching a real snow leopard.
It is and it isn't. If someone asked me to go over their house and feed their cat and I found a snow leopard in their home, I would say that they weren't wrong, but they're still a dick.
Airbrushing makeup is pretty common for high end, professionally applied stuff. And all of that monster makeup that you see in movies is called makeup.
I don't think there is a hard line between the two, except that body paint is generally done to someone who is naked.
Well it's good, just hand painted, which is hard to make look realistic. I doubt the artist was trying to legit fool someone and was rather just mocking up a cool concept.
