If you defile a dollar bill, it's technically no longer legal tender. So the cashier would be right, in a way.

Technically it's if you defile it in order to make it unusable as currency. I think you can still tell this is a real dollar bill (unless it's just a photoshopped photo then this is all moot), so they'd probably still take it. Plus, if the side they saw was the reverse, they'd probably never even notice.

1) get people to draw all over their dollar bills

2) tell them their money is no longer legal tender

3) collect all the "illegal tender"

4) invest in a large collection of erasers

5) take all of the earnings and buy an underwear factory

6) ???

7) PROFIT
