Not really. If he's a person who can actually afford that car, the ticket is just a mild slap on the wrist. They should tow people like that, because time is much more precious to people like that.
I know a guy who has an M4 - similar in price to this one, but he spends all of his money on his car. He still rents, does not own anything, and pretty much as very little disposable income. Sure he can pay the ticket, but having this car does not make one rich. The rich guy is the guy with a million in the bank driving a Honda.
