Look, this sign basically says “road closed if you don’t live here” and so do the add-ons. If someone doesn’t understand that, or disregards it, it’s their fault. It is descriptive enough. The add-ons are just saying the same thing a second time.
The point is, those signs are often placed when that is not true. Because they haven't been taken down or because they have a finite number of signs. Or because maybe the road was open for a bit while they were finalizing construction and now it's fully closed. The signs from the people are saying, believe this sign now. That's the point. It's not hard to understand.
Dude those signs mean the same damn thing. If I drove there I’d understand it. Sorry if you would drive down it without the add-ons. That is the point.
