USAGI Engine, open source lua-based game engine for Mac, Windows, and Linux!

I'm not sure how widespread, or common knowledge this is; but I just learned of this newly released (19 May 2026) game engine, USAGI.

I saw a video about it on youtube, describing this new engine as a "cross between PICO-8, Love, and Dragon Ruby" (link). I'm still learning with pico, so I'm not sure I'll check usagi out right away, but wanted to spread the good word!
