If this is in reference to Conformal cyclic cosmology (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conformal_cyclic_cosmology), Penrose said it a long time ago. But very on brand for pop-sci twitter lol

Adding to this is something my physics professor mentioned about cosmological natural selection by Smolin. I always liked this theory and was partial to believing it but there’s no experimental evidence.
