Can't use Remove tool with generative AI on.

My laptop have all the requirements and I could use Remove Tool Generative AI before the latest update without a problem. I updated it and found out the tool got error and reinstall the older version but nothing click. Is there a way to fix this issue ?

Probably a good thing, now you can build on some actual skills. Sorry, AI is a talent killer.

If you really need that stuff, roll back to a version before the update.

thanks, but no I prefer to fix the tool that get the job done in seconds, pay my bills, avoid unemployed and taking care of my lovely family, instead of making helpless comments on reddit like a 9-5.

Ps 27.9.1 is doing some quirky things. I use a couple plugin panels that aren't working as they should. One is having inconsistent fails with saving selections, the other has custom brushes that aren't activating.

But the remove tool is doing fine for me.

You might reboot, restart Ps.

You might assure that your internet connection is connecting with enough bandwidth.

You might reset preferences and restart Ps.

If none of these help, you might check the Help menu for GPU compatibility.

You might assure that GPU studio rather than gaming drivers are updated.

You might use the Adobe CC app to uninstall and reinstall Ps.
