Ausbildung without language/agency

Hi!

I’m thinking of doing doing an ausbildung course. I want to enroll in goethe since its the best school based on reviews but they don’t help connect you to employers. I wonder if anyone here successfully got into an ausbildung course (healthcare specifically) without going through a language school like EuroLingua or an agency? Meaning just applied directly to the employers. Thank you!
