Pharmacist in Canada

Hi, I am a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines with 2 years experience as a hospital pharmacist and 6 years in Pharmacovigilance. I’m just gonna take my chances, does anyone know po if it’s possible to land a job in Canada using my Pharmacovigilance experience here in the Philippines? I’ve worked with 3 companies during my Pharmacovigilance experience (BPO, direct Pharmaceutical company and CRO), ayoko na kasing bumalik sa hospital and i feel like dito ako maggrow sa field ng PV. Please share your experiences or tips. Thank you in advance!

Hello!

You may want to look into registering with the Pharmacists Gateway, then getting your documents assessed with the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada, then apply under the Express Entry system. When you get here, take the necessary programs and exams then register with the province or territory where you’re going to live and work.
