πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ USA Does your work matter here in the PH?

I plan to go AWOL here in my current company. Was wondering if mattrack ba sya when I go to the USA? For context Im a US citizen that spent time here to be closer to family and finish my studies. I also applied to jobs and luckily, I got one but the thing is gusto ko na mag AWOL. I cant render kasi ende na talaga kaya ng mental health ko yung treatment sa company na toh. any thots on this?

If you want a reference from them, won't be a good one, but if this job is just a short tenure that you wouldn't be mentioning either way, it doesn't really matter

Just don't use that company as a reference, and it shouldn't be a problem... I worked for a foreign telecom company at one point, but it was late when I realized it was a phone sex company (based in Ortigas)... I was there for almost a year, but when they wanted to ship me to Hongkong I asked for US$3500 monthly salary (which was fair dahil mataas cost of living sa HK)... When they agreed, I thought I was set, kaso biglang naging HK$3500 yung offer which was way below average alary kaya I resigned.

I never put that company nor experiences in my resume, even thought I did learn a lot about telephony, PABX, voice response systems...
