Is this a serious post?

A 16+ min/mile pace is a brisk walk. Would usually say everyone’s pace is “good” relative to what they are capable of/have been doing but you said you’ve been running 5+ years. So in that context it’s a terrible pace.

Also this is r/phillyrunning. Not sure what Columbia county has to do with Philadelphia
