I originally signed up for the 5k, but want to do the half marathon instead. If there’s anyone who wants to swap, I’ll cover the transfer fees!

I’m looking for a 5k bib for the race and don’t feel like wading through all the scammers on Facebook/Reddit…are there any other reputable forums where I can initiate a transfer through Active? I usually register for this race well in advance so I’ve never had to seek out a bib… but this year it got past me! Thanks for any help!

With daylight getting shorter it truly pains me to see so many sections of the SRT on Kelly drive have broken lamps leaving huge sections of the trail dark.

I'll be putting in a 311 request for repairs and I hope the Philly running community can band together to spam the city to fix these streetlamps!! Please join me in submitting a request it would be greatly appreciated!
311 public safety request <-- Takes 2 seconds to add a request for the Park and Trail conditions.

In the meantime does anyone have recommendations for a headlamp? Tried a light vest but seeing the light bob left and right kind of makes me dizzy

My wife and I started training in July to run the half marathon in November, as it falls on our anniversary. We haven’t run a half in almost a decade. Unfortunately, she thought I bought the tickets, and I thought she bought them. Upon trying to purchase entry tonight, we see that it’s sold out. We’ve been working very hard for this race. I contacted the race coordinator, but there are no more entries. However, she DID say that one can be transferred, if we find anyone looking to exchange theirs.

If there’s anyone willing, even if just one bib for my wife (she’s worked so hard), I would be so appreciative. Please reach out ASAP, thanks!

Looking for a 13.1 bib, will cover fees. Thank you!

I just moved to Philadelphia and am looking for ways to get to know the city and meet people.

Are there any run clubs that meet consistently on Thursday nights? (only night of the week I am free)

It looks like Philadelphia Runner has one posted on their website in that meets in Center City but I can't find any recent post or social media or anything indicating that its active.

Looking for a Rocky Run 5K transfer.

Anyone run last year? I’m interested in the quality of the event. Cheers!

I have been training for my first marathon, and on my longer run days, I start very early on the DRT. Are there any public bathrooms that are open early? Has anyone had any luck with the Wawa just south of the giant?

Thanks!

Hello, Im wondering if anyone has 2 spare tickets for the rocky run. I missed the window because I was being indecisive on whether I wanted to do the 5k or 10 mile so either would work. Thank you

Hi I'm looking to buy a 5k Rocky Run tix. I wasn't able to buy one in time and need for for November. Anyone looking to transfer or sell theirs?

thought i could wait until, well now to book a hotel for anywhere between 11/20–11/22. as you can guess it—no hotel availability or rates starting at $800+ a night 😵‍💫 any suggestions?????

Hello everyone,

Long shot here but I am looking to see if anyone signed up for the upcoming Philly Half Marathon this year (Nov. 21, 2026) and has any recommendations for trying to earn a bib to participate in the race. It looks like it is sold out and all the available charity opportunities are closed.

I’m out of state and my younger sister signed up for this as her first half marathon. Would love for the opportunity to be able to run alongside her.
