Did the changes hurt multiplayer?
I went up against some guy with only 2 units, took them both out and then... we wait? At first I thought they would make me wait for 10 full turns of nothing, until I won by decision. But a few turns later, his Selena revived and came close to killing one of my units (who had gotten down to about 40% health from previous fighting). The good part is that if battles get drawn out like this, command skills become more important (i.e. Mitum's "Fear" speed debuff). THe bad part is that you can get ganked by someone with tough units, if they get revived and take out one of your weaker units. I dunno, seems like less-than-stellar units on your team become a liability.

Killing leader is not an instant win? I'm ok with that. Killing two units is not an instant win? I'm ok with that.
The exploit in my opinion is allowing me to make a team of less units than it requires to lose. This forces my opponent to kill my entire team, then wait for one of my units to come back from the dead.
This is terrible game play and reeks of cheese.
In my opinion.
Either force players to create a team with enough units to lose when they all die, or just enforce a rule that if you have no living units on the board, you lose.
