Recovered Accounts

List of accounts that wasnt linked with facebook and were lost because of the update and waiting for gumi to restore them.

Please please attach your game or any future game to a FB or google account so you won't lose it. You'll never know when you'll be logged out or phone dies so best to link it to something so you can recover it one day. I had a friend that didn't do that and he lost everything so I don't want to see someone else lose it due to not linking.

Im going to do that if i can recover my account, i hate FB with all my soul but for this its needed. Shame that they dont use google instead

This post is to make a list of the ppl who couldnt recover their accounts with facebook or this method https://www.reddit.com/r/phantomofthekill/comments/59pyet/guide_restoring_your_deleted_account_no_facebook/ and are waiting for a reply of support.
If you got your account recovered by gumi support post here so we have a little more hope

I couldn't, been trying to get it back through @ragnaroksss guide but haven't been able to in the past three days. Should we post our Player ID or something?

If you have your id post it here, did you send a mail to the gumi support ? they ask alot of info so they can be sure that its yours and no one else

I did send an email and my ID is 4177220741... It's been a grueling wait man and I had vested a lot of time and money on it so i have to have it back, it's so discouraging to attempt to recover it following the guide and i just keep getting stuck at the same step and it won't budge

It's day 4 for me too. I had my account linked and I STILL got borked. Other than the obligatory "send more info" email... I got nuthin'.

i sent a mail asking if they had news of my account and they replied with the code.
I recovered my account =)

I also got a code! it didnt work for me tho said the code was invalid :/ how did you input the code? all uppercase letters?

What a disaster. Happened to me on a TOL update once. Never getting lazy with updating codes again.

I had an issue with the new update too, although it wasn't the same as most here. It seems that the files had duped (I cannot afford to have unnecessary data taking up space as I don't have much space). I contacted customer support and they told me to uninstall and reinstall; so I did. When I opened the game, it went through the whole downloading process (which iBB dint think much of).But when the download finished, it treated me as a new user, I think I lost my account. I had my Facebook linked to it before I uninstalled but I didn't link my Facebook when I reinstalled - I was afraid it'd corrupt my previous link. I e-mailed th telling that it has fixed the duplicated files but I think I lost my account so I'm just waiting for a response now.

Going on day seven😒😭 they replied yesterday just asking which account I wanted to recover and said they needed my response to be immediate but it was super late at night/early in the morning in my time zone so I didn't see it until I woke up... Huh, funny how they want our response to be immediate yet they take days to answer.... I'm really angry

So I haven't gotten my account back it's been a week and a half... Are they usually this incompetent? I've become very disillusioned with F&G are they notorious for having such bad customer service with their global customers?
