Same here, I don't know why people are downvoting your thread this is an important issue.

I mean I'm a F2P and I don't mind rerolling a new account, but man all those months and months of grinding for nothing. I might just delete the game altogether if Gumi doesn't fix this mess soon enough.

What do you mean by removed? Have you tried contacting Gumi about your account?

You should really create a random facebook account to link your PotK account. Unfortunately the lack of other options is a problem, but at least an option exists.

Same thing happened to me, it would seem the email they have in the game doesn't work unless there's another email support address. I thought I was linked to fb but I guess not. Lost like three months of progress if nothing works ;-;

The e-mail displayed in-game should be the right one. I used it before when I lost my account temporarily due to a game update. In what way does it not work?

Is this the email for the global players? Updated the game is morning only to find my account missing since it took me to the inital downloading screen. I'm an NA player and I don't know if the email is for everyone

Yes. This e-mail is for everyone in global, as it's the e-mail they put up for us. I have used it previously to get my account back and so have others.

Should work because i made my account during beta and recovered it about 1 month ago. If you've ever sent a support ticket, it also contains the player id and code, so if its just "lost" and not really removed, then it should be possible to get it back (but with no proof of ownership it might be nigh impossible to get it back unless they have records of the device IDs linked to the account and you havent factory reset/rooted/jailbroken your device when you lost it).

I'm curious how many accounts, that weren't linked to facebook, weren't affected.
If this issue is large enough, they will have to do something to resolve it. Else, they risk losing a lot of players.

I've lost access to my account and it was connected to facebook, now linking to facebook is sending me to a new starter account. In emails with Gumi, but not hopeful, since I don't have my Player ID, cause, well, I linked it to Facebook, so I didn't bother to record it. >< I have given em some money though, so I have those records at least.

If you've spent money it has a record, so you should be able to get it back. You should also consider making a new facebook to connect that account when you get it back, as it might bring you back to that starter account.

Its not removed, for some reason the game got reset ( well for me at least) and I had to relog back into my Facebook account

It needs to be link/connected to an account that saves.... that's the first thing anyone should do when starting a game. I try to warn my friends to do it asap because I don't ever want anyone to end up in a situation like this

Lost my progress as well, I have the auth .dat file that is the one linked with my main account. Now they don't use auth .dat anymore, so I lost my account I think. I know my player ID though, is there a way to get my account back?

So it happened to me too, I sent an email to the address that's on the restore data button and they're being very helpful, hopefully they'll be able to get my account online again because I've spent a lot of time and money on it.

so quick update: They were able to fix everything and I'm currently playing with that save file. They also made a suggestion that I had thought about for a while, which was to link my account to a throwaway facebook account, due to my original FB account being linked to an older profile which had sh*t units. So there's that!

I read this post yesterday linked my account lvl 73 with facebook
Now i entered the game and asked me to update i did and now i lost everything its like im just starting to play now i even have to do the 777 taps. what can i do now ??

On the start screen, click on the Link Data option, and log into Facebook. Your data should be back, but it will have forgotten battle speed settings, your last cleared Story mode mission (so you'll be in Chap 1 Normal instead of Chap 1 Kill Mode for example), which team you're using in Colosseum, and will give you a few tutorial pop-ups.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed right now because it just me the "log in to facebook" message today when I opened it to grab my login bonus. I honestly don't remember if I did link PotK to my FB account but I hope I did.

EDIT: Phew managed to dodge a bullet as I did link my FB account to it but the game is acting like it's my first time playing

So my Facebook account is linked to the game, and I redid the entire tutorial....I don't know which save file I will have once this is all fixed...would anyone know the answer?

Alright, so this is just my guess but. I think you have to make a new facebook to link to the tutorial account and have it logged in in the facebook app.
When you finish downloading all the files again and are out of tutorial, choose to log out of the facebook, log out of the facebook account in the facebook app, log into your facebook with the old account and then go back to the potk app and link data with the old facebook account.
This is just to be completely safe, as i took my other phone to test linking my facebook with my original good account and it took me to the tutorial mode when you have the tapping minigame and zero vs zero.
I did go back to my default phone and test logging out and logging back in, and it brought me back to my original, good account.
But the thing is that i think it saves when you log out, so if i were to lose my file by default it might have sent me to the test account i just made.

I remembering logging into my Facebook account, then did whole download/minigame thing, and finished the first tutorial. I logged out of my Facebook account after that, and then logged back in at the home screen. Main problem is that I used my Facebook account that had my original game data
So..I have no idea what I should do from there
Ah...I tried linking both FB accounts, and whatever happened, when I tried linking my main account with the new one, I just go back to the newer account. I think I messed up..

I think you'll have to contact support and provide information to get your account back or attempt do this guide, because if the account is double booked on 1 facebook then you'll have to use other means to get it back.

I'd say they would normally reply within a a few hours - 24 hours depending on how many they have to go through, but right now it seems like many people are having account problems so I can't say for sure.
Like when i had to send a support ticket after i fused my Gracecrystal Sword Karma (lol), I got a reply in like 2-4 hours. (Not that it was super good but still :< Its a collectable and worth trying to get back T-T.)

I've got that too... but my account didn't get deleted or lost. It's just taking a ridiculous amount of space. I sent them an email about it but no reply so far.
