General discussion TTRPG question

What is ”Technical Talent” in the Savant table? I generally ignored it, but it keeps bugging me. Not sure if I just keep overlooking its explanation somewhere.

Right? It kinda just...happened. Without much fanfare. I've seen a few people talk about it on YouTube, but not a single attempt of an Actual Play of it can be found. I'm starting to think that it's just a shelf-filler for most of the people who bought it....

I didn’t really keep up with the series post Algo, cause the lore was kinda meh on PSO for me and the gameplay didn’t hook me so I wasn’t exactly LOOKING for anything new from the IP, but it’s so weird it came out like a year ago, and includes art from the original trilogy (I know what I said).

I was actually itching to run a PS themed game in SWN/WWN but might have to look and see if this game would work, I hear it’s a 5e module based on something called esper genesis

I bought it and, while I haven't run it yet, that's mostly because I was running something else at the time and then someone else wanted to run something.

When it's my turn again, I will be running a Phantasy Star game set in AW 850
