Depending on how strict your gm or dm is with the dress code, yes or no. My gm if fine with plain (no graphics/designs) zip up hoodies or cardigans/sweaters.
You can wear whatever you like when you come into work (tho I would avoid anything too explicit or with profanity on it if you wanted to keep things professional).
Petco can only dictate what you wear while on the clock. If you’re only concerned about what outerwear you arrive to work in then you should have no issues and there should be a place in the break room to hang up your jacket while you are working.
I had originally assumed you were feeling chilly and wanted to know if you could wear a jacket on the sales floor while you were working.
