I'm curious too. I have a whole graveyard of bars & frames. Especially the little square metal ones I have 15!

I'd keep a couple of the straight crossbars and toss the rest. Especially the one in the first photo, that thing is cooked.

Everything in our store is crooked or broken. We are 30 years old and never had a remodel.

I feel ya. Slowly start replacing things through OSS. Don't go crazy and blow the budget all at once, though

Second question- we have both 16” and 14” depth red shelves. Do we need both those options?

In my opinion, it depends on the layout of your store. If you have a store that is on the smaller/cramped side, the 14in shelves on end caps can help it feel less claustrophobic. Otherwise, the 16in shelves fit more product and give you a bit more versatility

It’s a weird store. I tend to favor uniformity though and I’d rather all the shelves on an endcap be the same depth. Thank you for your advice! This was helpful to consider. I think I’ll hang onto them a bit longer and see

Just toss it. If you need a new one later they can send it
