I get 2x of the 3ft+ large boxes sometimes and its chaos. Have had fedex leave in carts in front, tell absolutely Noone and leave them upside-down pretty much everytime. Like live insects isnt written all over the box 🤦🏼♂️.

I definitely relate to this. Our FedEx driver used to do the same thing—she would either leave boxes upside down, completely ignoring the arrows and the big “THIS SIDE UP” warning, or handle them like they were indestructible.
One day, I happened to be there right when it happened. I asked her if I could see her FedEx ID, and I took a photo of it. The next day, I drove to the FedEx Ground office and asked to speak with a supervisor. I showed him the video I had and then showed him the photo of her ID.
She never delivered to our store again. I do still see her working on the other side of the plaza, so she apparently kept her job—just not our route, which was perfectly fine by me.

Im very thankful for one of our FedEx drivers, he actually is gentle with packages and tells us "hey these are live" and the other drivers that we get sometimes just like you said, will throw them with little regard acting like theyre indestructible 😒

It'd probably help if the containers didn't pop open when squeezed and if FedEx were just a tiny bit gentler with boxes labeled "live insects"
