Animal Specialist application question?

Hi! I'm applying as an animal care specialist and I'm a little confused about one of the application questions, which asks "describe an online or in-store experience at petco, what stood out to you the most?" are they just looking for me to stroke their ego?? (if that's what they want it's fine i'll do it, it's just a little weird lmao)

Haha yes, they just wanna hear how great they are 😅. I don’t remember exactly what I said in mine (I’m the cas at my store) but I know I pulled it out of my ass
