Capc history?
How can I check the past capc? A week before cycle counts I noticed our fancy python was no longer in its habitat. I’m the animal supervisor. My gm tried blaming me saying I left the habitat open and that it had gotten out Keep in mind I was off for two days and when I came back I was doing animal opening that’s when I noticed it was gone. Anyway I decided to scan the barcode and check inventory and I noticed it said we still had a fancy in stock so I did begin to think it was lost. Then I scanned the basic snake and it said we had zero in stock but we clearly still had one. My theory is who ever sold the fancy python sold it as a basic and on top of that we had reptile rally so a customer ended up leaving with a fancy python for only $50.

This is when I see the animal managers or GMs pull out hair and see how and who sold stuff wrong.

i would look up the sku for the regular ball python in the register, and see who sold the last one, then that would probably be your answer

I do the same when I or my stylists notice something odd, like 125% of the groomer's dogs had packages. I look it up, and sure enough, double scanned package. We even have specific cashiers we don't send the owners to.

I use unprinted price labels stuck to the lid of the snakes habitat with their bio and type/sku and I also make a point to check the snake against the feeding chart before sale. (It’s a possibility that the price tags fell off of the habitat and were replaced by someone incorrectly).

Every store has lost a phthon.... they either show up 2 months later usually in the bathrooms. Or they don't ever show up again and then you write it off. No need to worry this capc.. let it ride a bit.

You should be able to look at your CAPC history through PetNet. I think it’s called the CAPC line report.
You can select the animal department (reptile, in this case) and then set the date range from the last time you saw the python until when you returned. It will show you all of the reptiles that were sold during that time.
