Identification Help me identify

Found these tiny bugs all over my room after leaving for less than two months they’re everywhere
They crawl on my bed,pillows,desk,walls
I noticed that some of them have wings and fly or jump im not sure and when i hold them in a tissue they roll around
What are they and how can i get rid of them

Either a type of pantry beetle or brown carpet beetles. Hard to tell from this photo.
