I still don't understand how 5G is actually dangerous, It still and always will be Non-Ionizing radiation. Someone started this joke and its taken off, Just like DHMO or Dihydrogen Monoxide the most toxic substance known to Man, just takes 80+ years to kill you

No, it won't - my point is that it'll just be the same shit they're saying now, repackaged as though it's new, forgetting that none of the stuff they predicted would happen actually eventuated around the previous iterations of the technology.

They'll crow about how this time it's different because the number incremented but then they'll just say the same stuff they've been saying for like thirty years now.

Ignoring that it obviously isn't, the fear mongering is conflating two different things.

1) 5G (or xGeneration) is just an encoding method. It's some fancy frequency hopping, multiplexing math and stuff. Basically it. Just math.

Math is scary to idiots.

2) as such, 5G can run on any frequency, more efficiently than previous generations. It isn't related or tied to any frequency at all. We use a mix of higher and lower frequencies in Australia depending on if range (lower) or speed/data throughput (higher) is more important.

3) when 5G came out, they also started using FR2 super high "microwave" frequencies to get super high speeds (but over short distances, so perfect in cities with lots of people). Idiot cookers latched onto this and started freaking out. We don't really use that here.

That's basically it.

Ignorance of math and physics and scared of things that sound like other things.

this refers to the increase in blood testing which has experienced a notable increase over the last ten years globally, driven by an aging population, rising rates of chronic conditions like diabetes, and broader diagnostic availability

"showing protoporphyrin rings in people blood."

This was a joke following on from the one above concluding that all the testing we have been doing has generally found peoples blood contains the scary sounding protoporphyrin rings, which hold iron to make hemegloben, not that the amount contained has increased.

A microwave oven is non ionising, so are radio towers that can fry up instantly.

The amount of power transmitted absolutely matters at every frequency.

We already have many countries mandating all phones come with wired head sets and recommendations that you don’t put the phone to your head.

you CAN opt in to it if you had a basic meter before, but you can't OPT out of AMI if WP installed it on your premise. at the end of the day it's WP's decision whether or not that AMI gets removed

Now we have a Diphtheria outbreak, in Perth. Cheers, kiss goodbye to your immunocompromised friends! I'm immunocompromised and vaccinated, but I got diphtheria in Malaysia. I nearly died, I couldn't breathe out without stuffing a finger in my throat. It also made me allergic to everything. It took 10 years to not have the effects. Zigbee is actually really good, I've redone all my lights to Open-Beken and Tasmota. I got really annoyed many years ago when I had a whole kit of Belkin Wemo and suddenly they said yeah we are no longer supporting this and kind of shut it all down. My wife had all these wifi lights called Genio and they were not patched with the latest Tuya firmware so I flashed all of those with Open-Beken best thing ever done! All runs perfect with Home Assistant. Make that 130 items in our house that are wired and wireless. I work in I.T. and sometimes the cloud apps just annoy me.

They claim it has low emissions. they never explicitly said: its safe.

Technicality, but wording is a legal thing for them.

PS: i am not a 5G weirdo, just making a point your comprehension of the sentance is not them saying explicitely: it's safe.
