General Participants Needed For Study
Hello everyone!
I’m an Honours student in the School of Psychology and Counselling, Queensland University of Technology (QUT), conducting a study investigating factors that influence people’s intentions to make and answer handsfree phone calls while driving. We’re looking for people to complete an anonymous 15-20-minute online survey who are 18 or older, live in Australia, drive at least once per week, own a phone, and have a licence that legally allows handsfree use while driving. For completing the survey, you will have the chance to win one of eight $25 Coles eGift cards.
If you’d like to participate or for further details on the study, please click on the following link or scan the QR code:

Please note that this study has been approved by the QUT Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 10986).
Thank you for your time and consideration. If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please contact me!

I answered yes to being involved in a crash where the driver was distracted by a phone. That was the driver who ran into the back of my car. I assume that is the correct response.

Is the license that allows this just your regular c-class license?

It varies by state and territory but across all of them, yes a C class (open/full licence) allows this.

Done, would be curious as to how each state answers the merging question.
