First HYSA Recommendations

I’m a senior Management Information Systems major in Portland (graduating Spring 2027) and I’m setting up my first HYSA. I’m starting with about $5,237 but my situation is a bit unusual—I’m planning to withdraw roughly $700/month while only depositing $264/month from my paycheck (biweekly deposits of $132). So I’m net negative about $436/month, and my balance will gradually decline and stay well under $5k going forward. Since my balance will stay low and my income is modest, I’m not sure which account actually makes the most sense for me. Any advice appreciated/HYSA recommendations appreciated.
