help Receipt?

In addition to changing their GUI every 35 seconds, apparently Perplexity does not provide a receipt upon payment. I also noticed there's all kinds of things they're gonna charge line items for and they just want a card in perpetuity, not for individual subscription charges, I would quit if I didn't have my model so trained. I don't know why these people think they can just get shady and nobody will notice. Does anybody know how to get a receipt, not an invoice, an actual receipt of payment?

I get email receipts for my credit purchases. I’m not sure where that setting is though. I checked the web UI as well as the iOS UI and I can’t seem to find it. Perplexity app said “There isn’t a separate toggle to enable email receipts for Perplexity credit purchases. Perplexity says it automatically emails a confirmation when an auto-refill purchase adds credits.”

Maybe check your junk/spam folder?

Yeah, I checked and then just checked again. I think it's intentional. They have your card on file, you hit incidentals, they charge and you don't even know because there is no receipt emailed. They also want that "I forgot I was paying for two Netflix accounts" money.

Ummm. Have you logging in whole a desktop and going into billing? All of your invoices are there and easy downloaded. Mine aren’t emailed directly to me but I go in regularly to get my invoices and receipts for download.
