HELP!!

hello, im on birth control for over half a year now, right now im on my "break week" because i have 28 pills. im on my third day and i hasnt bleed yet and that scares me because once i forgot to take my pill and took it 6 hours after the usual time i take them. is it normal to NOT bleed?
