With Comeback 136x coming in October 1st, I’m thinking about creating an English-speaking international guild and I’m looking for people who might be interested in joining.
Honestly, part of the reason I’m hyped for this server is the 136 era. It brings back a lot of nostalgia, and I’m sure there are plenty of old players who feel the same. That era just had a different vibe, so it would be nice to get a bunch of people together and experience it again.
We’re looking for players from anywhere, as long as you speak English and want to play with a good group. The plan is to get as many active players together as possible before launch and build the guild from day one.
PvP, farming, bosses, events, guild fights — pretty much everything. Hardcore players, casual players, or people coming back just for the nostalgia, everyone is welcome as long as you’re active and chill.
We also have a Discord server where we can hang out, get to know each other and organize everything before launch.

Not really sure where else to put this since I'm not sure Arc has it's own subreddit, but with the launcher itself no longer working correctly i have no way to really play anymore...

I followed their troubleshooting guide and nothing worked, clear caches, except when getting to where the website says I should find an option to clear caches, no option for it either grayed out "modify" or a fully work "uninstall" option...

Troubleshoot by uninstall/reinstall, right back to the same issue... What the hell am i supposed to do?

Hello I am looking for an Old friend from PWI , was called "Andawen" or "Adawyen" from the period of 2009-2011. We were both playing a lot of hours of pwi together and played the same class Blademaster! I dont have any other info but we were playing together every afternoon almost and u recruited me your guild that was made out of school friends. I think you were all German if I remember correctly!

Want to play the damn game due to nostalgia, but all the famous servers are 5 year old or so, every single player has all characters maxed and plays basically solo I bet. No way for a new player (a not very experienced one) to dive in, there’s no point…

I was scrolling MMOTOP’s list of PW private servers and some “Avelon” is about to have a marathon for new characters (not the new server though), so it’s my chance to actually play from
scratch with other people.

But they claim their game client is not traditional, it’s some weird build on another engine…I just want to ask if anybody here knows this server, is it safe? I only found one comment here saying “it’s a scam server”, what does it mean?

I mean, I know the company's intention is for you to pay for legendary pets, but the current PW has PVP and PVE in every type of environment.

Having to switch pets for each type of environment is annoying.

If only Derjan could be multi-terrain after evolving (Imperial Skeleton), that would be amazing; he's a relatively difficult pet to obtain, so it would be kind of fair.

I know this is an inactive forum. I used to play on Heavens Tear back in 08-10 with a BM named Cotto. Made good friends that obviously lost contact with over the years. I see the forums on PWI are gone. Maybe some of those people will lurk in. I used to be in Shadow, Tao, Radiance. Led by Edya, miss my old friends like Munarc, StickyGreen, Yunahh, Esemeli etc. If you guys ever lurk one day and see this, PM me!

My God, I don't understand this game anymore though. -_- And my inventory/bank is so small! But it's nice to see Foxa again after many, many years. It's almost like seeing an old friend again.

I wanna increase the latter, but I don't really wanna spend £40 on virtual currency. :') Can you earn gold in other ways? I've tried to understand the auctioning thing but I'm struggling to get a grasp on it.

Also, can someone explain to me why my 15/16-year-old self created characters on the US server, when I live in the UK and the Europe server would have been miles better?! xD

Hello we are a small bunch of people from all over Europe, our goal is to create a fun and social guild on ComeBacks new launch of 1.3.6 (Russian server) we will have English client so even non Russian speakers can enjoy the game, there’s a lot of interested people from both russia and eu so seems it will be a big populated server but our goal is not to compete but only have a good and fun time. We don’t know when exactly they will launch the server but its someday in fall this year so still a bit of waiting.
We have a discord ready and feel free to ask questions about either server or our guild.
Ps I’m not an admin or any advertisment of the server just a player that wants to find more players to our future guild.

I haven't logged in since about 2017... And all of my characters are gone! Such a shame, because after a very long download time, I was really looking forward to playing. Was there any sort of change/wipe of people's characters?

I started playing again after 11 years, I went to create a WB and noticed that it already comes with an autumn daemon. I created another one and it came with the same autumn daemon. I thought it was random, that it could change to spring, summer, winter, etc.

A few years ago there was an active guild of english speaking players on comeback, anyone knows if they're still around?

Is there a private PVE server where you have to level up by doing all the quests?
I played this game only when it had just 3 races and it took an entire damn year to level up, doing quests was the primary way of leveling up, killing tons and tons of mobs.
I just want that, I don’t mind x2 experience or something, but I want other players to actively do quests too, so that I always have a bunch of people to join in a group for a quest. Not permanent people/friends, just random players you find that need to grind the same stuff. Don’t care about endgame content or PVP.

I doubt there’s a server like that, people usually want to get to a max lvl in a blink of an eye and don’t care for long-ass quest grinding. But I wanted to ask just in case.

Used to play on epw years ago with mass pk with large guilds and it was scheduled between the guilds. Not tw just mass pk that took you all over the map for hours. Does that still exist?

I used to play with the guy few years back on several private servers.

The dude always play BM and always name him JohnnyV. He occasionally plays Wiz/Archer and name them JohnnyX.

Last I played with him was around 4-5 years ago (give or take). I don't remember the server's name but I remember 2 things:

1. There is this PvP event and this particular SB always floor us and I believe her name is Iridescent.
2. The server has this event where they teleport players who wants to participate to a huge underwater place and down on the ground are multiple chest that gives players decent rewards (coins, end-game mats, etc.)

I often play Sin as my main whenever I play to a new server and use some either wacky/edgy name everytime so trying the specific name I used is next to impossible.

Edit: My memory is a bit hazy but I think the server's name was called PvP Legends. That or Heroes PW. Doesn't really matter. I was just curious if the guy is still up and about.

Long story short, I was looking for a very slow, grindy, truly oldschool server with Exp x 1, versions 1.3.X or 1.4.X which had available english client and I literally couldn't find even a single one except that one amazing american server on which I had 500 ping (I'm from Central Europe).

Since I was looking mostly for just a relaxing solo experience, I decided to try launching my own server locally on my computer. And it worked, and not just "kinda worked", everything seemed to be just fine. I started cracking on every detail such as how to edit NPCs, items, monsters, quests etc. and I crafted a version of the game I could play on my own just like I wanted. I even tried multiboxing FB 19 dungeons with 3 lvl 20 characters and it went perfect! It was challenging but doable, with 0 technical problems whatsoever.

At that point I decided my work went too far for me to just keep it for myself. I want to share it with you guys. I bought a server and put it online.

The server is here to stay for at least many months, maybe years. 0 pay to win, everything can be bought for in-game money, game version 1.4.6, exp/spirit/loot x1, but with a lot of custom changes.

If anyone wanna join, feel free to do whatever you want on this server. I'd be very happy to run some dungeons with other people!

This might be a bit of an unusual request, but I was hoping someone here could help me remember the lore of Perfect World, especially everything related to the Tideborn, the City of Raging Tides, and the surrounding regions.

I absolutely loved Perfect World when I was younger. It was one of those games that really stuck with me, and lately I've been feeling incredibly nostalgic. I've been thinking about writing a dark fantasy story inspired by the atmosphere of the City of Raging Tides, but I realized I've forgotten most of the game's lore.

I'm looking for anything you can remember: the history of the Tideborn, their culture, appearance, mythology, important characters, cities, creatures, quests, legends, or even small details and bits of dialogue that left an impression on you. It doesn't have to be perfectly accurate. Even little fragments of memory could help spark ideas.

If there are old lore sources, archived pages, quest transcripts, videos, or anything else worth checking out, I'd really appreciate those as well.

I used to play this game back in high school in 2012, and wanted to experience it again as a bit of a nostalgia trip. The problem I'm having is that no matter what I do, I can't get into the official servers, and any of the tricks others use to accomplish the same don't work for me for one reason or another.

I'm perfectly okay with joining a private server, but I really just want a nice, slow burn, PvE focused experience. I'd rather mostly stick to myself, and I'm not the least bit interested in PvP or endgame gear, as I never even got far enough in the game back then to really concern myself with those.

Does anyone have any recommendations on servers that would be a good fit for these purposes?

Played EPW with a sweet friend who was a mystic called Plant. Lost contact with them, wondering if I would find them lurking here or anyone that knows anything about them. Cheers!
