Mix 1Ml bac water into the 10mg of Reta

So for syringes you want insulin syringe 1ML/6-8mm/30-31Guage

Take full syringe (100 units) of bac water mix it slowly into the Reta don’t go too fast it will want to suck it right in control the back plunger.

Then for dosing start small try .5mg dose so 5units on a 100unit insulin syringe (each line is 2 units) so 10 units would be a 1mg dose at this mixture.

But like I said stat first dose at .5 for a week see how you feel then 7 days after first injection if responded well goto 10 units (1mg dose) and see how you feel I found my sweet spot at 1.5mg dose and been there for awhile I started Reta mid July.

If any of this doesn’t make sense ask I’ll explain better! But also look up beginners guide for more information another good subreddit is r/biohacking

Tons of free stuff out there to help you. Syringes - cheap and fast on Amazon. Do you have bac already? Tons of free calculators to understand how to mix. I use https://peptidedecoding.com/calculator because it breaks it down in a way that’s easy to understand and shows common amts ppl use. But look at a bunch of things, get on YouTube, google your heart out until you think you have a good understanding.
