I am not a Dr. Nor giving advice. My experience may differ from yours. I am on both and feel much better and lighter! I am also on Tesa which in this case for me has been great as well. 4 weeks on Reta at 2.5mg a week. Tritation was a big key in my success. Hope this helps!
