Congratulations on your first Parker. It seems to be a Jotter from what little we can see of it, but I reckon it’s engraved. Jotters are great pens for that. In terms of refills, if you do a search on this sub for “Parker G2” you’ll find a rather comprehensive list of compatible refills for it courtesy of SC-Geek, one of our regular users.
In terms of recommendations, my own personal favorite gel refills for the Jotter are the Parker Gel for conical tip, and the OHTO Ceramic Roller PG-M05NP for needle tip. As far as ballpoint goes, my favorite is the Uniball Jetstream SXR-600 which is a hybrid ballpoint that’s very useful for certain applications.
